MVnex Schneider authorisation cabinets

The MVnex central cabinet is a medium-voltage metal-encased switch cabinet authorized by Schneider Electric. It adopts a modular design, with a rated voltage of 12kV/24kV. It features five-segment interlocking and intelligent monitoring functions, and is widely used in power systems, data centers, industrial and infrastructure sectors.

● Five-prevention interlock mechanism: Prevents incorrect operations (such as closing the switch while energized), and the design of the reverse-handling mechanism reduces risks. 
● High Arc Control: The internal arc current reaches 40kA for 1 second. In case of a fault, it limits the scope of damage. 
●Real-time Monitoring: Integrated sensors collect parameters such as current and temperature, and support Modbus/Ethernet communication. 
● Centralized handcart structure: The replacement time of the circuit breaker is reduced to 1 hour, and the operation space in front of the cabinet is saved. 


The brand-new "1+3" model offers more diverse options: MVnex12-24kV (standard product) + MVnex 550 (compact type) / MVnex 500 (super compact type) / MVnexSmart (intelligent type). It covers special cabinet types such as circuit breaker cabinets and contactor cabinets, meeting the needs of various industries. The design is unique, achieving five-prevention interlocking, with higher electrical performance and safety. The grounding switch uses screw drive, and the mechanism has powerful operation functions. It is equipped with HVX solid-buried pillar vacuum circuit breaker, which has strong environmental adaptability and reliable quality.
